OmniPreSense workstream

OPSLaunch

I advanced ESP32 radar processing, binary BLE transport, and Swift/iPhone integration during my continued OmniPreSense internship.

OPSLaunch is the continued OmniPreSense work I took on during the school year, spanning firmware, radar transport, BLE metrics, and an iPhone numerical display.

StatusAdvanced firmware/BLE/iPhone development · flash/live-device validation remains open

The problem

I needed a path from OPS243 IQ and SZ capture through embedded processing to metrics that an iPhone app can display, with each transport boundary kept explicit.

What I built

I worked on ESP32 firmware that parses and processes OPS243 data, binary TLV over BLE, and SwiftUI/CoreBluetooth source that maps BLE metrics into a numeric model.

The source includes metric fields for ball speed, club speed, smash factor, impact time, and spin RPM. Carry and trajectory estimation remain active work rather than finished validated outputs.

I built a Blender driving range to explore how a shot could be shown from the tee to a target. The rendered scene is separate from the iPhone app, and live radar work is still in progress.

Where it stands

The implementation is active school-year internship work. Current evidence is host-tested firmware and app source plus completed Blender scene renders, while physical flashing, a live radar/BLE session, calibrated accuracy, a shipped mobile release, and finished product integration remain open validation gates.

Supporting media
